The Adelaide Street Circuit is a public road circuit in the southern Australian city of Adelaide. It was used for the Australian Grand Prix from 1985 to 1995. Despite being a street circuit, it was popular for its overtaking capabilities, but the Australian Grand Prix was moved to the Albert Park Circuit in Melbourne in 1996. It currently hosts the Adelaide 500, a race in the V8 Supercar series.
